In addition, major financial institutions such as JPMorgan have operated the Tokenized Collateral Network with a trading volume of more than US$1.5 trillion, equivalent to about US$2 billion per day in 2025. In Hong Kong, green bonds worth HKD 6 billion were issued and traded on a multi-currency T+1 model, increasing liquidity and expanding global green capital sources.
BlackRock, the world's largest asset manager, also launched a digital currency fund that attracted more than $550 million in just the first few months, showing the strong confidence and appeal of the crypto asset market.
Impressive growth statistics and forecasts
According to the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Assets Association (VBA) and Boston Consulting Group, the global crypto-asset market value is currently around 600 billion USD in 2025, and is expected to increase to 9,400 billion USD in 2030, and could even reach nearly 19,000 billion USD in 2033 - equivalent to 10% of global GDP.
In Vietnam, crypto asset capital flows have soared to $220 billion in 2025, up 55% year-on-year, opening up unprecedented investment and profit opportunities for domestic and international investors.
RWAs not only improve liquidity but also promote transparency and reduce risk. Trading on a blockchain platform ensures that all data is recorded publicly, immutably, and cannot be falsified or manipulated. This increases trust among all market participants.
Increasing asset liquidity through RWAs is a turning point for the global financial market.
