🇻🇳 HO CHI MINH CITY COOPERATES WITH BINANCE TO DEVELOP AN INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTER 🔸 On November 25, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Finance signed a memorandum of cooperation with Binance under the witness of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, to support the construction of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Ho Chi Minh City. 🔸 Binance will advise on building a legal framework and sandbox for digital assets, attracting international investors and supporting the development of the fintech and blockchain ecosystem. 🔸 The two sides will coordinate in training financial management human resources, researching payment infrastructure using digital assets and AI applications, as well as connecting international financial institutions. 🔸 A joint working group will be established to implement the details, meet regularly, and hand over when the governing body of the International Financial Center is established. 🔸 The cooperation with Binance is expected to help Ho Chi Minh City attract high-quality Capital and accelerate the construction of a transparent, sustainable and modern financial center by 2030.
