As we head into the DTF of @humidifi, it is a good time to share some perspective on some background on the team. While Humidifi might have seemed to come out of nowhere to power a large part of trading in Solana - they have been known within the ecosystem as one of the most technically talented teams in DeFi, building various parts of very low level infrastructure and projects such as Nozomi (txn landing engine), @temporal_xyz and recently, @harmonic_gg (an open block building system) The other part of their background is of course their work on HFT in the past at Citadel etc, which is a reason why they worked on bringing in institutional grade MM to Solana, combined with their low level Solana infra expertise as mentioned above. Kevin Pang, previously from Jump, @paradigm and SCP - obviously brings to the table a lot in various dimensions as well. Lastly, we have been working with them on various technical projects across quite a bit now, and can attest to their ability to execute insanely hard, and their desire to seriously up the liquidity game in solana and decentralized trading in general.
