价值观能够确保一个团队成为Top 10%，而愿景能让一个团队成为那Top 1%。

I'm increasingly convinced that Founder Mode is "innate." Many people are destined to be Founders; you can actually spot them at a glance, even if they're still relatively unknown.

I'm reminded of an interview with the CEO of Cursor, where he said a team with many young ex-founders has a stronger foundation for success.

But the hardest part is finding so many ex-Founders willing to walk alongside you to success, considering themselves Founders too. Teams like that are one in a million.
