so will @eigencloud eventually make most smart contracts irrelevant? let's say I want to verifiably compute a company's preferred stock waterfall for dividends, buyouts, etc today I could put those rules into a set of smart contracts and have a bylaw or COI article that says ~ "distribute liquidation proceeds through this smart contract" with eigencloud I could just compute it in excel or something and send a proof it is correct way less need in the future for smart contracts? or am I missing something? @sreeramkannan what are the tradeoffs and (ducking preemptively) how does this factor into the boogeyman of ethereum alignment?
