Busan Digital Asset Exchange Launches Gift Certificate Exchange Platform "Bidan Pop Pop"

Busan Digital Asset Exchange (Bidan) announced on the 22nd that it has officially launched the digital gift certificate trading platform 'Bidan Pop Pop'.

At the 'Blockchain Week in Busan (BWB) 2025' held at the Signiel Hotel in Busan on this day, Silk CEO Kim Sang-min unveiled the Silk Pop Pop application, which goes beyond the limitations of existing gift certificate services and allows free exchange without user loss.



Silk PopPop is a gift certificate trading platform where consumers can exchange gift certificates from 40 popular brands and over 2,000 different types, including food and beverage, movie theaters, books, supermarkets, and hotels, without any fees or charges. Users who purchase gift certificates through PopPop can exchange them for products from other brands or re-gift them. Even upon expiration, the certificates retain their full value without any fees.

We also offer a service that allows you to collect multiple small-value gift certificates purchased or received as gifts and exchange them for a larger one. For example, you could exchange five 20,000 won chicken gift certificates for a 100,000 won department store gift certificate. This allows you to exchange small-value gift certificates that were previously difficult to use for a variety of desired products, while also increasing the value of the gift certificates being traded.

Bidan operates the Bidan PopPop service in partnership with technology venture company Exynos. Bidan handles service operations, including business operations and marketing, while Exynos handles technical support.

CEO Kim said, “We will open an era where all gift certificates can be freely traded for payment, exchange, and gifting with just one Silk Pop Pop.”
