In reality, I know that some tokens are manipulated in collusion with listed companies to mutually inflate their prices. The tokens are incorporated into the listed company's financial statements (essentially just borrowing currency). This serves two purposes: firstly, it creates a spectacle in the secondary market to raise funds for the listed company; secondly, it generates positive news for the token, attracting retail investors to buy. The funds raised through financing and ATM transactions become liabilities. Later, the money from selling the tokens can be used to repay these so-called "debts," but the ones who suffer are the investors who bought stocks, participated in the financing, or bought tokens hoping for price increases.
