According to TechFlow, on January 1st, PeckShield monitoring revealed approximately 26 major cryptocurrency attacks in December 2025, resulting in total losses of approximately $76 million, a significant decrease of over 60% compared to the $194.27 million in November. The two most TechFlow incidents this month included a $50 million loss due to address poisoning of wallet address 0xcB80...819, and a $27.3 million loss due to private key leakage of multi-signature wallet 0xde5f...e965. Other significant losses included $22 million from the babur.sol project, $8.5 million from TrustWallet, and $3.9 million each from UnleashProtocol and flow_blockchain.
