Trump's Prediction Market The Trump family, especially his eldest son, is directly and indirectly involved with prediction markets like Polymarket and Kalshi. Currently, prediction markets are still small and lack sufficient liquidity. However, if prediction markets grow exponentially in the future, and abundant liquidity is provided, it's possible that Trump will use prediction markets not only as a simple forecasting tool, but also as an indicator of hyperstition, and even as a means to manipulate public opinion by investing capital. Furthermore, as in the Maduro case yesterday, this raises the possibility that prediction markets could be utilized not only as a simple information market but also as a market for assassinations. Of course, this is currently a conspiracy theory and not a confirmed fact, but considering the structure and scalability of prediction markets, it's hard to dismiss the "Trump?" scenario as completely absurd.
