TechFlow to TechFlow, on January 5th, HitBTC's Official Twitter posted a message stating that its customer service team will never proactively contact trading users, and all official contact information has been published on the official website. The message also reminded the community to be vigilant against fraud and to pay attention to security.
Previously , SlowMist issued a security alert stating that the HitBTC trading platform had a potentially serious vulnerability. SlowMist had responsibly disclosed this information in advance via private message, but had not yet received a response. SlowMist urged HitBTC to contact them as soon as possible to discuss subsequent fixes.
