I've been following Nikita Bier since around 2023 when I started my own social product startup, and I've wanted to write about him ever since he joined X as product manager last year.

His three products—Politify, TBH, and GAS—have all achieved considerable success. His company only has a dozen or so people, and while none of these products may have reached the point of being "too big to fail," that requires perfect timing, location, and people.
