Peter Steinberger, the well-known developer of ClawdBot that has swept the globe, recently made a rare post on X regarding crypto issues, solemnly denying that any cryptocurrencies issued in the market under his name or the name of ClawdBot are related to him. He emphasized that he "will never issue any tokens" and will not charge any related fees, and directly called such projects scams.

Peter Steinberger clarified the issue of token issuance once and for all. He stated directly that he "will never issue a token," essentially declaring that any token appearing on the market under his name should be considered fake. Furthermore, he specifically named "any project that lists him as the issuer is a scam," which is not only a refusal to cooperate but also a reminder to the crypto community not to lower their guard just because they see a familiar developer's name.
He added that he "would not accept any fees," potentially blocking any collaboration with cryptocurrency projects.
