项目方官网已经更新，可以提起申请退款了，大户约退20%，小户约退70%。
用户申请退款，需先接受条款，但是是霸王条款。
一句话总结就是：
可以退款，但是币别想要了。
相当于你投10万美金，可退回2万美金，其他啥也没有了，跟投降条款没区别吧。并且条款可随时变更。
