this video - 'the egg' - was published in 2020 i remember the first time seeing it, was amazed by the concept & loved it the basic idea being: > there's only one soul, and it's living every human life across all of history > every person you've ever met is just you at a different point in your journey. > the universe is an egg growing you into a god i've watched it again this morning - and i was horrified 6 years ago, i didnt had a clue how LLMs or RL works but now, this video hits differently what if the planet were basically a big RL gym environment to build a smarter (or more aligned) AI? a new simulation theory for AGI?
