참고로 필리핀에선 국가 세금 받아먹는 사업자들을 컨트랙터(Contractor)라고 부르며 최근 부패한 컨트랙터들 다 때려잡고 있음.
근데 한국에선 그냥 받아먹는게 당연하다는 인식인듯.
