[Alt Options Trends] $400 Million in ETH, SOL, and XRP Options Expiration Imminent… Downside Risk Strengthened by Surge in Put Trading

Ethereum, Solana, and XRP options are set to expire with approximately $438.5 million in contracts.

According to Deribit, the largest cryptocurrency options exchange, as of the 30th, the open interest (number of remaining contracts) for options expiring on that day was 222,711 Ethereum contracts (approximately $421.83 million), 9,917 Solana contracts (approximately $7.85 million), and 6,781 XRP contracts (approximately $8.8 million).

The open interest put/call ratio was 0.92 for Ethereum, 1.20 for Solana, and 0.85 for XRP.
