MEGA Token Core Features and TGE $MEGA token will have two powerful engines immediately after launch: • USDM Buybacks: All $USDM revenue generated by the MegaETH Foundation will be used to purchase $MEGA from the market and accumulate it. This structure allows for the value of MEGA to increase as $USDM (the ecosystem stablecoin) grows. • Proximity Markets: Apps and market makers seeking to be physically closest to a Sequencer and achieve sub-1ms latency must bid $MEGA. The priority fee incurred here is added to the value of $MEGA. Three KPIs for Token Eradication (TGE) MEGA will reach TGE in seven days if any of the following conditions are met. All metrics will be publicly tracked on the dashboard starting February 9th. KPI-1: $USDM Liquidity Securing • The app ecosystem must have a minimum level of liquidity to function. • The 30-day time-weighted average (TWAP) supply of USDM will exceed $500 million. • 25% of circulating USDM will be locked in the smart contracts of key apps. KPI-2: 10 "Mafia" Apps Fully Deployed • For the proximity market (bidding system) to be meaningful, there must be sufficient competing apps. • 10 core apps must be deployed with verified contracts, a working core loop, and a public frontend. • These apps must have over 100,000 cumulative transactions and 25,000 active wallets. KPI-3: Proof of Revenue (PMF) • Users must demonstrate that they are actually paying for and using the service. • At least three apps must record daily fee revenue of $50,000 for 30 consecutive days.
