this is not a rug, it's a project being responsible for once if they indefinitely can't hit these KPIs they will likely shut down a do a refund, that'd be a spectacular fail keep in mind once you launch a token you basically can't go backwards....no un-ringing that bell more likely this is a strat to launch token well and get some added publicity from FUD like the below
