Life hack: how can you compress time?
I watch podcasts & documentaries at blazing speed to stay constantly educated, every night. Most people consume at 1×, I typically run at 16× with captions on. Surprisingly, most videos are still followable. If it’s too fast sometimes (ie our Sam speaks), I dial it down… but honestly, with how fast humanity moves, 4× already feels slow.
by default youtube allows you up to 4× lately, I just pop open browser inspect and run the following:
(()=>{const v=document.querySelector('video');if(v)v.playbackRate=16;document.querySelector('.ytp-subtitles-button')?.click()})()
More learning per hour, same 24 hours, and you're left with time to innovate.
FYI: Don't just blindly copy paste JS code to your browser, even from me, always triple check

Some extensions like "YT Tweaks" have settings to easily change the speed with ctrl+scroll.
Makes it easier to speed up/down depending on fluff ratio
Additionally, I find a higher volumes easier to follow at high speeds, so "volume booster for youtube" is super useful
