According to a report by CoinDesk on February 10th, cryptocurrency exchange Kraken replaced its Chief Financial Officer, Stephanie Lemmerman, ahead of its planned US IPO. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Lemmerman has been reassigned to a strategic advisor role. She joined Kraken from Dapper Labs in November 2024, serving as CFO for one year and four months.
Robert Moore, the Vice President of Business Expansion, has effectively taken over the role of CFO. The leadership page of Kraken's parent company, Payward Inc., lists Moore as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer, while Lemmerman's information has been removed.
