If agents launched on Warden can analyze prediction markets and profit from betting, the entire product flywheel will take off. Currently, leading prediction markets are affected by insider trading. If market makers don't react quickly enough and become counterparties to insiders, they're essentially giving away money; overly strict risk control results in poor platform liquidity. Therefore, AI may be the best market maker for prediction markets, capable of reacting to and evaluating news in real time. The market's current interpretation of this model is still largely positive, likely a short-term hype.
