Cloudflare (NET) gains 14% after the software company’s fourth-quarter results beat expectations and it gave a bullish revenue forecast. Humana (HUM) falls 6% after forecasting full-year profit that fell short of Wall Street’s expectations, adding to investor concerns about the challenges facing the US health-insurance industry.
