It looks like @monad is stagnating after its mainnet launch. Sharing some numbers below to compare mainnet launch on Nov 24, and today, Feb 18: • Active addresses: 145k → 12.5k (-91%) • New addresses: 145k → 4k (-97%) • Daily unique users: 155k → 15k (-90%) • Chain fees: $42k → $5k (-88%) • Chain revenue: $21.5k → $2.3k (-89%) (values are approximate) Monad had years of buildup, significant VC backing, a dedicated community – and it still couldn't retain its users after launch. The market could be dictating current activity and price action, as the decline is seen across the entire crypto sector. Nonetheless, signs point to a typical post-launch decay, and until Monad finds a proper use case for its chain, I don't see it competing well with other L1s.

What does everyone think about key team members from @monad jumping ship?
The Director of Growth and the Head of DeFi recently left the project, only months after launching.
I personally thought the project was way overhyped and wouldn't add much to the space.
