The market no longer allows project owners/MMs to continuously pump and dump their shares because there is insufficient market liquidity. Most MMs (masks/girls) are unable to sell upwards, so they can only choose to sell downwards. People are always full of fantasies about buy the dips. Whether you buy the dips or buy the dips, it's the same thing. Those who like to buy the dips will find an endless bottom. Those who buy the dips are all fantasizing that the price will rise back up, or at least rise back a little if it doesn't. The result is an endless hell. You'll find that the best projects are actually 30-50M projects, while 300-500M projects are actually very difficult. Good luck to you. Market makers these days are all incredibly shrewd.
