Counterintuitive Trading Everyone was watching $STO when the price was being pumped. Many people were talking about market manipulation, market makers, or project teams controlling the price. Actually, these things happen all the time; the subjective factor is simply not being on board. Whether it's $SIREN, $MXY, or $RIVER, it's truly an art of trading. And then there's today's $STO, which left everyone a bit confused. Before noon, Brother Pig bought in at the highest point and got trapped. I casually said I'd go for 1u this afternoon, looking at 4u, and then nothing happened 😂. I noticed a few interesting behaviors. @sss_crypto Brother Fan was constantly watching for liquidations, waiting for the price spike. Finally, the spike appeared on @Aster_DEX, dropping by almost 3 dollars. @BTC_Alert_ The trading platform was watching the price difference and shorted immediately. Meanwhile, my good buddy @hellosuoha chased the rise and the fall, buying at the peak and selling at the bottom 😭. Sometimes I think I almost always fail at things that require instantaneous "muscle memory" because of "fear of the unknown." Honestly, trading exchange coins now is no different from trading on-chain memecoins a couple of years ago. You don't really think people make money through aesthetics, do you? It's all just a matter of chance and concerted effort. Now, on CEXs, various "rich people" are working together, because pumping up prices and ripping off newbies is more entertaining than dumping them all the time. Honestly, whether it's news or insider information, if you actually believe it, it'll teach you a lesson in no time. I stopped believing any insider information a long time ago; the biggest losses I've made have been from insider trading. However, these things do have warning signs when they start to rise, and they also have warning signs when they're about to fall; it just depends on how closely you observe. From fees to trading volume to spreads to on-chain movement to PY transactions, it's exhausting. It's normal to not trade well. Don't blame yourself for not trading well 🤣. Think about how much worse it is to make the wrong trade, like me.
