WSJ: Zuckerberg is building a CEO proxy; "AI proxy social networking" has emerged within the company.

According to a report by the Wall Street Journal on March 23, as reported by TechFlow, Meta Platforms (META.O) CEO Mark Zuckerberg hopes that everyone inside and outside the company will eventually have their own personal AI agent. He will start with himself. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Zuckerberg is building a CEO agent to help him handle work matters. This agent, still under development, is helping Zuckerberg access information faster, for example, retrieving answers that would normally require multiple layers of communication. The use of AI tools is rapidly gaining traction within Meta, partly because it has now become a factor in employee performance evaluations. Sources revealed that Meta's internal message boards are filled with employees sharing newly discovered AI case studies and new tools they've built using AI. Employees have begun using personal agent tools like My Claw, which can access their chat history and work files and communicate on their behalf with colleagues (or their colleagues' personal agents).
