CRCL plunged 20%, returning to its trading range. Is it a buying opportunity? Added to my position. Lunch time! Crypto: BTC purchase, BNB account opening, ETH, US stocks.
Yesterday's sharp drop was expected due to news and the fact that the price had indeed reached the turnover resistance range of last year, 110-150. Technically, the market remains in a bullish trend on the daily chart.
If it drops, we'll stop talking?
My account suffered a drawdown of tens of thousands of dollars last night. Why don't we talk about it?
Let's chat, let's chat a lot!
I stated my conclusion back in February, before the price had even risen:
The market is currently experiencing a short-term negative impact due to the bill's negative sentiment (which has already been priced into today's stock prices), but the medium- to long-term structural outlook remains extremely positive!
There have been no recent changes in fundamentals; the CRCL price movement is simply a normal correction after a short-term surge.

Important things should be said three times, three hundred times.
I know that I reduced my holdings last week, and many people will criticize me for that.
But you have to understand that I bought from 70 to 80 and then to 60, and when it rose to 130, I only sold 20% of my position, which is already extremely abnormal.
I admire myself!
Last night's big drop doesn't concern me at all.
Recently, my FOMO has become so severe that I'm almost losing control. Last week, I even told X that I couldn't talk about it anymore.
Most importantly, I predict that Bitcoin, especially Ethereum, will have an upward trend in the next quarter, so I want to increase my Bitcoin holdings recently. I don't have any spare cash, so I had to cash out about 20%, but the remaining position is still quite large for me.
I discussed this in my Weibo fan group five days ago last week:
Circle has strong cash flow, zero debt, and stable institutional holdings. The recent sharp drop is actually a "buying opportunity".
The $110-$150 range was the area where retail investors added the most positions and also suffered the most losses last year, so a correction is inevitable.
However, the more it falls, the greater the chance of a subsequent rise.
You can interpret this decline as profit-taking. When everyone jumps out and says it's time to buy, you should be careful of excessive FOMO (fear of missing out).
However, I am delighted that this decline came as expected, as it has released too much risk.
The teacher said he'd write in a few days. I don't know how much he holds, but mine is still quite large. I need to write now!
Selling is selling, buying is buying. I'm not posting these to show off my entry points. In fact, I can operate CRCL while avoiding my trading mindset, which seriously affects my long-term holding mentality. Therefore, I only allow a maximum of 20% of my position to be used.
I do believe that what I've done has influenced my fans.
If you're a smart person, and you follow me on Weibo and are in my loyal fan group, you're definitely smart enough to know what to do.
In short: the risks have now been mitigated!
Everything going to be good is coming!
A decline is actually an opportunity to increase holdings.
I bought more shares! Time for lunch!!!
