Recently, a strategic address deposited 3 billion WLFI into Dolomite and lent out over 50 million USD1, driving the USD1 lending rate to 30%, resulting in negative liquidity. Binance's WLFI rewards program ends on April 17th, and the risk of 80% token unlocking and dilution remains a recurring topic in the community. My personal view: short-term on-chain returns are indeed impressive, but long-term sustainability depends on official governance and unlocking transparency; otherwise, even high yields won't withstand supply pressure.
