I still think the main chance for DeFi resurrection lies in outsiders/newcomers who come in and re-think DeFi, leveraging it's positive features and fixing its holes
But there are also capable DeFi teams who attached themselves for one reason or another to a dead ecosystem - those could consider making a push to Ethereum or Solana as a viable revival strategy
Window of opportunity wasn't this wide for a long time
