Cathie Wood, CEO of Ark Invest, has just released her Bitcoin price forecast for the next five years with two scenarios: $750,000 in the base case and $1.25 million in the optimistic case, further solidifying her position as one of the most optimistic institutional investors on Bitcoin in the market.

Three key drivers
Firstly, there's the gold substitution narrative, as more and more individual and institutional investors shift a portion of their asset allocation from gold to Bitcoin as a long-term store of value. With the global gold market worth tens of trillions of dollars, even a small shift in Capital could have a significant impact on the price of Bitcoin.
Secondly, Bitcoin's Vai as an insurance tool, particularly in the context of geopolitical tensions, currency instability, and inflation risks, is attracting increasing investor attention. With its fixed supply and decentralized nature, Bitcoin is increasingly seen as "insurance" against the systemic risks of traditional finance.
Thirdly, there is a growing trend of institutional adoption, clearly accelerating with the emergence of spot Bitcoin ETFs, plans to include Bitcoin in 401(k) retirement plans in the US, and a number of major banks such as Morgan Stanley and BNY Mellon building digital asset infrastructure.
