Trust Wallet, in partnership with BNB Chain and CoinMarketCap, launched an AI Trading Agent Hackathon with a total prize pool of $36,000.

According to Mars Finance, on June 3rd, Trust Wallet announced the official launch of the "BNB Hack: AI Trading Agents" hackathon in conjunction with BNB Chain and CoinMarketCap, with a total prize pool of $36,000. Trust Wallet Agent Kit serves as the core on-chain execution technology stack for this competition. This hackathon also marks the first time Trust Wallet Agent Kit has been fully integrated into a top-tier AI Agent hackathon as a core infrastructure component. The hackathon features two tracks: "Autonomous Trading Agent" (prize pool $24,000, 5 winners) and "Strategy Skills" (prize pool $6,000, 3 winners), plus three partner-specific awards of $2,000 each. In the "Autonomous Trading Agent" track, participants must utilize the Trust Wallet Agent Kit to achieve local self-custodial signing, autonomous operation, and on-chain transaction execution, implementing these solutions in native BNB Chain scenarios such as PancakeSwap and BSC perpetual contracts. The "Strategy Skills" track requires no execution layer; participants build backtestable strategy solutions based on 12 data tools from CoinMarketCap MCP, including market data, technical indicators, on-chain data, sentiment, and news. Track 1 uses live trading PnL as the core evaluation criterion, setting a maximum drawdown limit as a risk control threshold. Track 2 is judged by a panel of judges based on four dimensions: technical execution, originality, practical value, and presentation. The build window is from June 3rd to June 21st, and the trading window is from June 22nd to 28th. Winners will be announced in the week of July 6th. In addition to cash prizes, winning teams will receive CoinMarketCap Pro API subscription points, CMC Labs mentorship, and a BNB Chain Kickstart ecosystem support package.
