According to ME News, on June 17 (UTC+8), Trump accused former US President Obama of sending a plane full of cash to Iran in exchange for Iran agreeing to sign the 2015 nuclear agreement. Speaking at the G7 summit in France, Trump said, "Obama came up with that Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) – he gave them $1.7 billion in cash, greenbacks, took it out of the bank, put it in a Boeing 757, and flew it into Iran. They were standing right next to the plane, I have pictures, 'My God, look at all the money he gave us.'" He added, "He tried to get away with bribery.
