Adding a network is very simple, first open the official prepared page

Click "Connect Wallet"
add network
Click "Add to MetaMask" to add a network
Layer 1 is the ETH Goerli testnet (you don’t need to add it if you added it before)
Cross-chain
On the page you just opened, click "Bridge" at the top to switch to the Cross-chain page
- Enter the number of Cross-chain
- Verify the Cross-chain network
- Click the bottom button to perform Cross-chain
Cross-chain needs to wait for a while, and then continue the following interaction after the account is successfully credited

- - Withdraw LP
