As the inscription on the Bitcoin ecosystem explodes, the Ethereum inscription ecosystem has also made new moves.
Recently, the Ethscription trading platform Facetswap , founded by Ethscription founder Middlemarch, has been hotly discussed by Ethscription players.

On Facetswap , users no longer need to purchase Ethereum inscriptions (such as ETHS) one by one as before, but can purchase them on demand.
Facetswap was successfully launched on November 30. The amount of ETH burned that day exceeded Uniswap, and it once ranked first in the entire network.

The reason why it can arouse such high trading enthusiasm is largely due to the fact that Facetswap is too cheap.
Although all Facet transactions are Ethereum transactions and all Facet data is stored on Ethereum, the Gas fee it costs on the Ethereum mainnet is only one-tenth of the original cost.
Of course, the cost of writing inscriptions must be considered, and the majority of Ethereum's transaction costs are gas fees. When the network is congested, it is likely to become "unaffordable".
But Facetswap significantly reduces gas fees, and all data is on the main network, rather than based on L2 implementation.
how did you do that?
The idea of the Facet protocol is to use predicted results of Ethereum transactions instead of actual smart contract transactions, thus reducing costs. By sending transactions to a standard address rather than a smart contract, Facet is able to include predictions of interactions with smart contracts, thereby reducing transaction costs.
To put it simply, everything still happens on the Ethereum mainnet, but the method of processing transactions has changed.
Thanks to the reduction in transaction fees, Ethereum’s inscription craze continues. After Facetswap was officially launched, multiple Inscription-related liquidity pools began to appear.
As of press time, there are 35 liquidity pools on Facetswap, involving 35 different types of inscribed assets.

How to participate in FacetSwap?

1. Enter the Facet Swap official website and select the cross-chain bridge option;

2. Enter the amount of ETH you want to cross-chain. It must be FETH to use Facetswap, but the mainnet ETH used for settlement is treated as Gas.

Taking Uniswap as an example, if the gas fee during transaction is about 10U, then the gas fee of FacetSwap is about 2U.
It should be noted that the funds entering Facetswap are not yet allowed to be withdrawn. The founder responded that for the sake of fund security, you need to wait five days after the release before you can enter freely.

Today, with increased liquidity, the ETHS price has exceeded $8,000.
As more Fomo funds pour in, this low-cost Facet Swap market will surely receive more attention.
And you can easily think that there is currently Uniswap on the Ethereum mainnet. Although FacetSwap is currently only listed on the Inscription-related liquidity pool, thanks to the low handling fees, it may only be a matter of time before more assets are added to attract users to join.
Looking for potential assets in the early stages of Facet Swap’s launch
Looking at the current situation, which tokens in FacetSwap are worthy of focus?
This article will summarize the four tokens deployed in the first block: FacE7 , 18684900, PAMP and ETHX, and explore whether they can make a mark in the new ETHS market.
1.FacE7

FacE7 is the first alphabetic inscription deployed after FacetSwap was launched, with a total amount of 21,000,000. The mint process lasted about half an hour, and it was also the first inscription to be mint. Today, the pool size ranks fourth in FacetSwap, and retail investors add pools independently.
Meme points:
- The first inscription to be cast;
- Alphabetical inscription of first deployment;
- In FacetSwap, the way to cast the inscription is no longer to transfer ETH to yourself, but to transfer 0x00000000000000000000000000000000000FacE7, the official address deployed by the founder, which is also the source of the name FacE7 .
2. 18684900

18684900 is the first inscription deployed after Facetswap went online. At the same time, it is also because Facetswap officially launched the mainnet in the 18684900 block, so it is also called the 18th genesis, with a total amount of 190,000. It was completed after the FacE7 casting was completed. Is the second token to be fully minted. The current pool ranks fifth in depth and is also added independently by retail investors.
Meme points:
- The first inscription deployed after Facetswap went online;
- The founder of Ethereum Inscription personally participated in Mint, and 18684900 was also the only minting operation it conducted that day;
- 18 The special commemorative significance brought about by the creation of the world.

3.PAMP

Among these tokens, Pamp is issued somewhat differently: it is issued via airdrop.
The project party uses the ethscriptions.eths subdomain of Ens as the airdrop condition. Holders of the 10K ETHS domain name will receive free allocation of $Pamp, which is also the official Meme token of the project. For each subdomain minted, 70,000 $pamp tokens will be received. There is no maximum limit per wallet, but a maximum of 50 subdomains can be minted per transaction. The total supply of tokens is 1 billion,
Although the pool ranks second in depth, most of it is added by the project party, who promises to use 40% of the income and 20% of the total amount of Pamp as the initial liquidity pool of $pamp.
Meme points:
- There are official communities and Official Twitter before the currency is issued;
- Pamp it appears more frequently in the English community, meaning "pull the plate";
- The developers have a close relationship with the founders of Ethereum Inscription.
4.ethx

Although ethx has received lower attention among the four, it is still the third contract deployed early on Facet Swap. In FacE7, 18684900, the last one was minted, with a total amount of 21,000,000, fair launch.
The pool currently ranks eighth in depth and is added independently by retail investors.
Meme points:
- One of the four creation inscriptions of Facetswap;
- Compared with FacE7 and 18684900, the ETHX name is more easily accepted by investors;
- It has the smallest market value among the four inscriptions.
Finally, while the launch of FacetSwap will continue the inscription craze, it will also inevitably push up the prices of some of these assets. It is foreseeable that liquidity and users will see growth peaks in the short term;
But in the long term, we don’t want it to focus only on the inscription market. After all, a swap platform with lower transaction fees should benefit more assets in the ecosystem.
Let us wait and see whether FacetSwap can survive in the long term.
