introduce

Liquidswap is the first and largest AMM protocol on Aptos. It was created by Pontem, a studio focused on the Move ecosystem. It has raised a total of US$10.5 million from well-known capitals such as Mechanism, Lightspee, Faction, and Aptos Foundation. The current TVL is 43M, with an average daily trading volume of 10M, accounting for more than xxx% of the Aptos ecosystem transaction volume.

Why interact?

LiquidSwap is one of the core products of @PontemNetwork. It has integrated L0's cross-chain technology and can increase interactive TX.

L0 does not know when to issue coins, so there must be a large transfer, and it is best to interact with the Aptos network at least once.

Preparation

Detailed Operation

  • Select the chain to bridge from Liquidswap. Bridge supports 7 assets on 7 different blockchains (USDT, USDC, ETH, WETH, USDD, BTC.b, CAKE). You can choose any one. Here we try ETH on the OP chain.

  • Click "Swap", then click "Confirm Swap" on the new pop-up interface, and then click "Confirm" to confirm.

  • Follow the steps above to exchange APT for some stAPT, which will be used in the following steps.

  • Click the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner and click "Pools"

  • Click “Add Liquidity” and select two tokens to create LP.

  • Stake LP. After forming an LP, if you own the LP token of a pool, you will see a rainbow pitchfork button at the back.

  • Click the icon and enter the amount of LPs you wish to commit (up to the maximum amount allowed). Click “Stake” and confirm the transaction in the Pontem wallet.

  • After the pledge is completed, you can see your position in the "My Farm" area. LP can also pledge NFT.

  • There is a 7-day lock-up period for mining, which will gray out the "Claim" button. During this period, rewards can be claimed, but LP cannot be withdrawn. The reward claim button will remain gray until at least 0.01 APT rewards are accumulated.

  • Staking APT: Click the three bars in the upper right corner, then click "Staking"

  • The staking period is 30 days, and you can only withdraw APT on the last day. If you confirm a withdrawal before then, the funds will still be released after the end of the period. The minimum amount to stake is 10.001 APT. The minimum amount that can be unstaked is 10 APT. If the remaining stake is less than 10 APT, the entire stake will be withdrawn.

  • Click “Stake” to enter the staking process.

  • LayerZero is bidirectional, and we can also send assets from Aptos back to the EVM chain. The source chain is set to Aptos, and the target chain is set to a link on the EVM.

Interaction suggestions

  • Airdrop page https://airdrop.liquidswap.com/ : Different from the user contribution panel for Liquidswap above, the purpose of the airdrop page is to attract wallet addresses of different ecosystems by simply logging into the wallet. The Pontem team will identify the asset Token/NFT held and give airdrops of different weights.

  • There are several cross-chain methods. Cross-U is the most convenient and cheap, with wear and gas costing about 1u, and many routes to choose from. It is cheap to go in with ETH, but expensive to come out.

  • Cross USDC via OP/ARB/BNB or cross USDT to Aptos via BNB/AVAX.

  • Cross Cake to Aptos through the BNB chain, and then cross back to EVM.

  • Cross ETH to Aptos through ARB/OP, and then cross back to EVM.

  • Return along the original route. If you cross U, the gas cost is very low.

  • Go to https://stake.amnis.finance/mint to stake some APT and get stAPT.

  • Go to https://app.ariesmarkets.xyz/lending to lend your stAPT.

  • If you want to cross back to the EVM chain directly, just cross back directly without going to swap for staking.
