.@0xPolygon has been really successful in recent times, with so many milestones achieved, and there's no way you won't be impressed in one way or the other. In all of these, there's still a ‘but’ Most people are really concerned about the price of $POL, inasmuch as polygon has been building nonstop, so much usage and use case of it token yet there's still no significant price surge. This is a very valid concern, the team knows this and you'll never know what the plans are on this. One thing I'm sure of is we don't need an inorganic pump on the token so we can’t really keep on complaining about the token price but gradually things will definitely pick up on that aspect. The token burn approach by the team is a great way to give the token value, and some of the key burn milestones are •100,000,000 POL burned → major deflation milestone for Polygon tokenomics •25.7 million POL burned in Jan 2026 alone •Peak daily burn reached ~3 million POL in a single day •Current burn pace around ~1 million POL per day during high network activity

Fully agree with @pmarca, AI is not gonna take jobs away, it’s going to create new and many more jobs. Humans are already massively wealthier compared to 250 years ago, and that’s entirely because of the efficiencies technology brought in. Every new technology wave does this, and look at the last two to three hundred years, most people’s work has moved up the stack, less manual grinding, less safety hazards, more working with the mind, and AI just takes this even further. AI will allow humans to do more fulfilling types of work. P.S.: The moment humans start getting more fulfilling work, the same work will not remain that fulfilling, and our minds will keep asking for more, and we will find newer forms of misery. For example, mental illness pandemics are relatively newer forms of illness that we are picking up en masse. But that’s how the game is built, for suffering. If you don't start, someone with half your talent who just started last week will pass you. That's not a motivational quote, that's literally what's happening right now. Last week I tweeted "F*ck Learning" because something wild is happening that not enough people have internalized. Going from idea to working product costs almost nothing now and the tools get better every week. I am flabbergasted with the pace @AnthropicAI are shipping new updates! Inspirational! We're living through a window where someone with a laptop can build what used to take a funded 10 person team and the "I don't know how to code" excuse just doesn't hold anymore. If you've been sitting on something just go start it tonight, you'll figure out the rest while you're building because that's how it actually works now. And if you won't, someone else will. Simple as that.
