Even more extreme than that - Satoshi ninja mined most of his stash, using multiple addresses for apparent obfuscation, in secret. We’re only aware of a Satoshi mega-stash because a dev uncovered it with forensics in 2011 or 2012, if I recall. The idea that ninja mined cost-less secret stashes are more “fair” than transparent allocation of stakes to builders is…fanciful.
