I’ve always found that the growth in our business
Is in the problems I don’t know how to solve yet.
And when I have a full calendar, it’s very easy to not give myself the proper time to solve them.
So late last year I made a bet that paid off massively.
I made Monday, Wednesday and Friday days that I don’t take external calls on.
And I moved all sales calls to only Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I thought that this would mean we’d make less sales but it actually led to way more growth.
