Marco Monaco, Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Layer-2 Linea, recently announced his resignation. 
On September 11, Marco Monaco announced that he had resigned as growth manager and would no longer be working at Linea in any Vai . He said he left ConsenSys in mid-June and officially left the project in mid-July. This information was posted on his personal X page.
Marco Monaco also revealed that Linea is currently going through a period of significant change. It is unclear whether this departure is due to differences in vision, but Marco Monaco also Chia with goodwill that he will still support the project and Linea's future activities.
“The ConsenSys leadership and I have agreed that the best path forward for Linea no longer involves me, as our visions are no longer aligned. It is time for ConsenSys and MetaMask to engage more deeply and drive the growth of this network.”
Linea is a zkRollup platform built and developed on Ethereum. The platform is funded by ConsenSys, a blockchain technology company involved in many important projects on Ethereum such as Metamask and Infura. Linea uses zkRollup technology to speed up and optimize transactions on Ethereum.
