According to Foresight News , Boyaa Interactive International Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a subscription agreement with MTT ESports to invest in MTT ESports with 100 units of Bitcoin as consideration. The total value is approximately US$5,819,251 based on the market price of Bitcoin on the day before this announcement. After the investment is completed, Boyaa Interactive will acquire a 25% stake in MTT ESports. MTT ESports will not become a subsidiary of Boyaa Interactive due to the investment, and its financial results will not be consolidated into Boyaa Interactive's financial statements.
