According to the application, the Bitwise XRP ETF was established on September 30, 2024. The registered agent is listed as CSC Delaware Trust Company, headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware.
It is understood that filing an application in Delaware does not necessarily mean that a registration application will be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) soon. This step may be part of early preparations, and formally filing an application with the SEC may take several months.
