Boyaa Interactive has announced the signing of a registration contract with MTT ESports, investing 100 units of Bitcoin (BTC), equivalent to a total value of approximately $5.8193 million (approximately HK$45.39 million) based on the market price of Bitcoin on the day of the cooperation agreement.
After the transaction is completed, Boyaa Interactive will own 25% of the shares in MTT ESports.
MTT ESports is a company specializing in research and operation of Web3 infrastructure and games, and owns the MTT Sports and MTT Network game platforms. The MTT Sports platform, which supports both computers and mobile devices, was launched this year with the goal of building a leading global esports event brand. This platform provides users with the opportunity to participate in free tournaments, allowing them to enjoy high-quality event experiences without financial investment, thereby encouraging healthy participation from a wide range of users.
Boyaa Interactive believes that the MTT Sports platform strongly complements the company's traditional game business. The company hopes that the cooperation with MTT ESports will help strengthen its presence in the Web3 game field.
