The user said: "My only goal is to make money," and identified himself as a French national who previously lived in the US and worked as a trader at a bank.
It is reported that the user opened Polymarket accounts under the names Fredi9999, Theo4, PrincessCaro, and Michie, and placed bets on Trump's victory in the 2024 election, with a total bet amount of around $38 million.
According to the report, if the user's expectation of a Trump landslide victory comes true, he could receive a return of over $80 million, more than double his investment. If Harris wins, the user may lose all or most of his funds, which he said constitute a large portion of his available liquid assets.
