Former Binance executive interviewed for seat on Trump's cryptocurrency presidential advisory board

According to Hong Kong media reports, the Trump team is reviewing candidates for a position specifically responsible for cryptocurrency policy, although it is not yet clear whether this position is at the level of a senior White House official, i.e., a "cryptocurrency czar" (responsible for overseeing policy regulations within the federal government). However, cryptocurrency industry personnel are making efforts to secure this opportunity for direct access to Trump. It is reported that many people have recently visited Mar-a-Lago for "interviews", including former Binance executive Brooks, who is also considered a potential candidate for the chair of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Coinbase CEO Armstrong also met with Trump this week.
