She stated that the short-term bullish momentum is relatively weak, and there is a new daily-level counter-trend signal supporting Bitcoin's consolidation in the coming weeks before resuming its upward trend. Investors should watch two support levels, including the 20-day moving average of $97,233 as of early Tuesday morning and the 50-day moving average of $85,342, which implies that Bitcoin could have a downside potential of around 13%. If the 50-day moving average is also breached, Katie Stockton pointed to $73,800 as the next potential level for Bitcoin, representing a potential downside of around 24%.
