The original FeiXiaoHao team issued a statement on December 13, stating that the buyer obtained partial source code and data after paying the first installment, and then publicly tore up the contract and refused to pay the remaining payment. The buyer, without paying the remaining payment, demanded the transfer of the entire brand, which was rejected, and was accused of publicly reselling the source code and data, causing significant losses to the original team. In response to the above allegations, the buyer released a lengthy article to refute them, stating that they have legally registered an overseas company and trademark, and pointed out that the original team has multiple breaches of contract: the incomplete delivery of the source code resulted in an inability to deploy it normally, and the same source code was repeatedly sold to multiple buyers. The buyer stated that after taking over Feixiaohao.com.cn, they invested tens of thousands of US dollars and spent four months repairing the system before it could be put back into operation.
