The ITcen Group announced on the 27th that its major affiliates have received the ‘Family-Friendly Company Certification’ hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The family-friendly certification introduced by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family in 2008 is a system that certifies companies and public institutions that are operating family-friendly systems in an exemplary manner, such as childbirth and childcare support systems, flexible work systems, and support for workers and dependents, through an examination.
The IT Cen Group operates various systems to help employees balance work and home life, such as flexible work hours (staggered work hours, optional work hours), and shortened work hours for pregnancy and childcare. In addition, it is implementing △'Family Day', where employees leave work early on the second and fourth Fridays of each month, △designating a group holiday for employees to recharge, △childcare subsidies and high school tuition support, △employees' comprehensive health checkup discounts, and △operating a resort for families to relax.
