The Ethereum Foundation (EF) has officially announced a new leadership structure, with Taiwanese blockchain expert Hsiao-Wei Wang and Tomasz Stańczak appointed as co-executive directors, effective March 17, 2025. Hsiao-Wei Wang: From Core Researcher to Executive Director

Hsiao-Wei Wang has served as a researcher at the Ethereum Foundation for seven years, during which she has participated in the development of numerous critical technologies, particularly in the field of the Ethereum Beacon Chain. The Beacon Chain is a core technology in the Ethereum 2.0 upgrade, relating to Ethereum's Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanism and network security.
