According to ChainCatcher news, the cryptocurrency bill in the U.S. state of Kentucky has completed the third reading, bringing it one step closer to being signed by the governor. Previously, Kentucky Representative TJ Roberts introduced HB376, proposing to invest 10% of the state's funds in digital assets (Bitcoin) with a market capitalization exceeding $750 billion, making Kentucky the 16th state to propose a Bitcoin reserve bill.

It is reported that the third reading is a legislative procedure in which the draft of a bill or proposal is read aloud three times, hence the name "third reading".
