However, analysts believe that since the White House, Senate, and House of Representatives are controlled by the Republican Party and ethics officials are appointed by the president, Adam Schiff and Elizabeth Warren's request will likely be ignored. As of now, the White House has not responded to comment requests, and the U.S. Government Ethics Office has declined to comment.
